Working with Stella and Stephanie was a great experience.

We needed to sell our Lafayette home within a few weeks so we could buy another house. The sales process required acceleration, and to make things more complex, a neighbor was to list their property about the same time as ours.

We chose to proceed with a “modified” staging approach. This included painting certain rooms, updating fixtures, removing much of our furniture, and changing some bedding. Given that we had lived in our home for 38 years, with numerous updates, the staging process needed to be quick and efficient.

The team proficiently handled the necessary updates. Stella brought in a fast-working painter and used her experienced, creative eye to ensure the home reflected a unique style that would appeal to many potential buyers.

The results speak for themselves: we received multiple offers above our asking price. The team held open houses over two weekends, attracting a wide range of realtors and clients. After negotiating with the highest offer to remove contingencies, we closed the sale quickly.
