Stella earned her BA in Marketing and Strategic Planning from the University of Washington and then jumped right into real estate. Extensive construction and renovation experience enables her to quickly spot true potential, as well as recognize problems. A certified Relocation Specialist and an astute negotiator, Stella has completed coursework in real estate law and contracts, home appraisal and finance, and risk management. She often acts as a project manager for homes they prepare to bring to market.
