Stella Tsakonas and Stephanie Mull are a dynamic real estate team unlike any other. 

Their coordination on behalf of clients is uncanny. You’d think they were related –– and they are! Stella moved years ago from San Francisco to the East Bay when Stephanie was born. Since then they’ve lived in Oakland, Orinda and Lafayette, their current home. Sharing a close bond and a passion for helping others make sound real estate decisions, they provide unparalleled concierge service to both buyers and sellers.

With a combined 25+ years of experience this duo is firmly established as consistent top producers, specializing in the area encompassing Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Walnut Creek and Alamo. Every client works with both Stella and Stephanie. 

Stella earned her BA in Marketing and Strategic Planning from the University of Washington and then jumped right into real estate. Extensive construction and renovation experience lets her quickly spot true potential, as well as recognize problems. A certified Relocation Specialist and an astute negotiator, Stella has completed coursework in real estate law and contracts, home appraisal and finance, and risk management. (She often acts as a project manager for homes they prepare to bring to market.) She holds a special fondness for sellers. 

Stephanie’s BA in Psychology from UCSB emphasized Applied Psychology. Like her mom, she is a natural people person: a good listener, a good communicator and quick to make friends with loyal clients. Stephanie also brings serious tech smarts to the team and naturally employs multiple online platforms in her marketing efforts. She holds a special fondness for buyers.
